Doing Sumthing for My self

Hey people today i went to the gym and played sqash , and did some excersising on the bikes , wow did that hurt my legs , but i was sweading alot. but hey iam slowly loosing some pounds which is good , latly iv been following ?Jillian  michals , shes a trainier but shes really good once i can understand the foods she has put out for a plan and etc.  all i really need to do is , her excersise plan and eat ceral in the morning , something a lunch and snack like an orange in the afternoon dinner , something light , but good. and im all set im very excited to do this , its gonna be a hard road for the next 30 days but i can do it.
